Who we are
Simcha Island by Crafted Celebration, near Rau, Indore (NH-3) — operated by Alcor Getaways, Indore. We are the data controller for enquiries made through this website.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address (if you provide it), your preferred stay dates, number of guests, the package you are interested in and any message you send us.
We also collect advertising click identifiers and campaign tags (such as gclid, fbclid and UTM parameters) from your visit, and cookies set by Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and the Meta pixel, so we can see which advertisement brought you here.
Why we use it
To call or email you about your booking enquiry, and to measure and improve our advertising.
Who we share it with
Our CRM provider NeoDove (to manage your enquiry), and Google and Meta for advertising measurement. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months.
Cookie choices
The banner asks whether we may share limited enquiry details (hashed phone/email) with Meta for ad measurement. We record a visitor reference, your choice, time, region, browser privacy opt-out and notice version v3-2026-10-21 with the notice and options shown. We keep earlier acceptance evidence when you withdraw; the revised notice requires a new choice. If server-side Meta reporting is enabled, only enquiries submitted with recorded acceptance may be reported, and we check your latest choice before sending. Reject or no choice means no server-side Meta event or enquiry identifiers are sent. Permitted reports may include advertising cookies (_fbp/_fbc), your IP address, browser information and page address; hashing does not make personal information anonymous. We do not send your stay details or message to Meta.
Your choice also updates Google's advertising user-data and personalization permissions: granted on Accept, denied on Reject. We resolve your country through this website's /cdn-cgi/trace service, with a two-second deadline. In the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, and when the location is unknown or the browser signals Global Privacy Control, Google advertising consent defaults are denied and advertising tags wait for recorded acceptance. Reject keeps ordinary tracking off there; a Global Privacy Control opt-out remains respected even after Accept. In other regions, including India, ordinary Google and Meta tracking starts on your first interaction or after 1.5 seconds, once the location is resolved. No Google consent default is sent for an unanswered visitor there. In those regions, Accept/Reject controls server-side Meta enquiry sharing and Google's advertising user-data and personalization, not ordinary tracking. Browser enquiry and call events may be measured without a banner choice there. Previous explicit ordinary-tracking refusals remain respected unless you explicitly accept ordinary tracking again. Opening Cookie settings does not itself change your choice. Changes apply across open tabs; withdrawal stops future server-side sharing and, in consent-required regions, reloads the page without advertising tags. Noscript advertising fallbacks are removed. This does not undo data already shared. Enquiry forms and calls work either way. Server-side Meta reporting remains disabled until its dataset restrictions and reporting setup are verified.
